Hockey For Life Milwaukee will be June 7-9, 2013 at the Ozaukee Ice Center located at 5505 Pioneer Road in Mequon, Wisconsin
- Registration is on an individual basis, no full teams are registered as to keep the integrity of the tournament. Registration costs $70 + $3 paypal processing fee.
- This is a co-ed tournament so both men and women are welcome to enter.
- Guaranteed FOUR game minimum with the chance of playing in the championship game!
- Anyone 18 years of age or older is welcome to enter the tournament!

How It Works
Once all of the participants have registered we use their references to rate each player on a scale. The total # of points are added up and then divided evenly among the designated # of teams. By rating players individually and building teams, the tournament allows individual players to compete with various levels of skill in a competitive tournament. We cannot register an entire team because this would void the even playing field for the remaining teams. Come enjoy a great weekend of hockey, raise money to help families fighting cancer, and meet a lot of new people that love to play hockey!
